Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS and WAY TO GOwith tracking and drop-off without signature.  Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs will be calculated under orders with a total under of 95 €
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees and shipping cost are fixed.
We advise you to group your items in one order to get the free shipping.
We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them (if they are under 80€).
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
In case of damage, the goods will be replaced or a refund of the same amount will be arranged.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

If you don’t like the wine for any reason, we will gladly arrange for a courier to collect any remaining unopened bottles and refund you in full for the returned bottles. We will not charge you for the collection. Please make sure that the wines are carefully packed in a secure, cardboard wine box to avoid damage on their way back us. Contact Dave on 07914 152 312 or shop@vinigambino.com to arrange.

If any of the wines you buy from us are faulty in some way (corked, oxidised etc) please contact Dave on 07914 152 312 or shop@vinigambino.com and we will refund or replace the faulty bottles free of charge.

Damages

We have yet to experience any breakages during delivery due to our high-quality packing and specialist courier partner. Wine breakages are easy to spot as we only use 100% cardboard and paper packaging so any damage that might occur during transit will be noticeable immediately upon receipt with signs of damp cardboard or dried wine stains. In the extremely unlikely event that you receive a parcel with a broken bottle inside, please take a photo of the unopened carton and the broken bottle(s), then notify us via email shop@vinigambino.com and our carrier immediately upon receipt for you to receive a refund or free replacement of the breakages.
