GambinO EVO olive oil derives from olives that grow at 600 meters above sea level where the temperature is the first parameter to help preventing parasite attack naturally. Then the light and heat of the sun of our island on the north/east side which warms up the Mount Etna volcanic soil and lets the etnea variety to mature healthy and happy.

On the eastern slope of Etna volcano, among the woods of the National Park and
facing the Taormina Riviera, the Gambino vineyards are a pleasure for the
the senses and for the heart. A pleasure for the eyes, as they represent
one of the best examples of Etna's high altitude vineyards: in a natural environment
exclusive, at 800 meters above sea level, the vineyards lie on
sunny and ventilated terraces, with breathtaking views.
